Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

- As this is a digital content and online service, returns and refunds are generally not accepted under Article 15-3 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. However, individual cases will be addressed if there are significant service issues.
- Contract Termination
- Cancel anytime
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time at the customer's discretion. Cancellation can be done from the settings page within the service. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds
- Generally non-refundable
- Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available. However, if the service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the Company, the fee for the unused period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
